Therefore, you should make sure to read them carefully before using the App. You may not copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the App, nor should you attempt to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions. The App itself and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it remain ours.

All changes to this Agreement will be made available on this Website, which is why we encourage users to check this page frequently to be aware of any changes to these Terms of Use. Changes to this Agreement will not prejudice the rights of users without their consent. These terms and conditions are effective as of the last update.
In no event will 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC (or its suppliers) be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC’s privacy practices, any Application, even if 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to and use of any Application is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device, or loss of data resulting therefrom. In no event will 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC’s suppliers have any liability arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement.
911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Application, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any Application, or any part thereof.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and as available basis, and we (and its suppliers) expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We (and its suppliers) make no warranty that any Application: (A) will meet your requirements; (B) will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or (C) will be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
A user's "User Content" means any and all Content uploaded, distributed, or otherwise made available by that user through any Application. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with the use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party. You hereby represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not state or imply that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC. 911 COMPUTER RESCUE, LLC has no obligation to back up any User Content, and User Content may be deleted at any time.
By uploading, distributing, or otherwise using your User Content on any Application, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purpose of displaying your User Content on any Application.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions of this Agreement will be unimpaired and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
